The Ordinary General Assembly of the Vegetable Oils Industries Company held its ordinary annual meeting at 11:00 pm on Tuesday, 24/4/2018 at the offices of the company in Nablus city In the presence of the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Executive Management of the company and the presence of a number of shareholders has reached the attendance rate 88% of the total shares of the company of 4 million shares The General Assembly has unanimously approved the report of the Board of Directors and the auditors' report as well as the financial statements for 2017 The Board of Directors approved the Board of Directors' resolution to distribute cash dividends to the shareholders at 60% of the nominal value of the share of JD 1 The dividend will be distributed to shareholders as of Sunday 13/05/2018.
