Annual General Assembly Meeting of Vegetable Oil Industries Company

The Ordinary General Assembly of the Vegetable Oils Industries Company held its ordinary annual meeting at 11:00 Am on Wednesday 24/4/2018 at the company's offices in Nablus. In the presence of the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Executive Management of the company and the presence of a number of shareholders. The attendance rate reached 88% of the total shares of the company of 4 million shares. The General Assembly unanimously approved the report of the Board of Directors and the report of the auditors of the Company as well as the financial statements for 2018.
