To attend the regular general assembly meeting

Based on Article (197) of Companies Law No. (42) of 2021 and Article (61) of the Company's Bylaws, the Board of Directors is pleased to invite the shareholders of the Vegetable Oil Factories Company to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting, which will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the headquarters of the Vegetable Oil Factories Company. The meeting will consider the following agenda:
1- Reading the minutes of the previous Ordinary General Assembly meeting.
2- Reading the Board of Directors' report for the year ending December 31, 2024, and the company's future plans.
3- Reading the company's auditor's report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
4- Discussing and approving the company's financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
5- Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2024.
6- Discharging the Board of Directors from liability for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
7- Approval of the Board of Directors' decision to increase the statutory reserve to 2 million dinars.
8- Election of the company's auditors for the fiscal year 2025.
9- The Board of Directors' recommendation regarding the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders.

A shareholder wishing to authorize a person to attend the meeting (provided that this person is a shareholder of the company) should complete the proxy form below and submit it to the company, fax it to 092325036, or email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. The company would also like to inform joint-stock companies that they must provide an original copy of the authorization letter to attend the meeting for each joint-stock company representative and bring it with them personally to the meeting.
